Work Mode: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm) & Saturday (8:30am - 3:30pm)

Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and organized Operations Officer to join our team.
• You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our workshop, managing workflow, coordinating logistics and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate workflow of the workshop.
• Coordinate logistics, including parts ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of workshop operation, including job cards, invoices and customer information.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with operations
  Manager to implement processes and optimize workshop operations.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Engineering or any Technical related field.
• 2 years experience in operations management or Admin role preferably in an automotive field.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
