Job Title: Furniture Factory Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Furniture Factory Manager to oversee all aspects of our furniture production.
• The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
• This role is critical to ensuring that our furniture meets client specifications and is delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all furniture production activities, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
• Ensure all furniture work is executed according to client specifications, quality standards, and design blueprints.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet project timelines and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and output.
• Manage and train production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee inventory management of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to clarify project requirements and ensure seamless execution.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
• Manage production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Furniture Factory Manager, Officer or a lead a Lead Installerin a similar supervisory role within a furniture manufacturing company.
• Hands-on experience operating and maintaining various woodworking machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• A passion for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Candidate must be living in Lagos or ready to relocate at his or her own cost.
