Job Summary

• A Spa Therapist provides professional and engaging wellness therapies, massage treatments, and beauty services to clients. They assess clients’ needs, recommend personalized treatments, and ensure an exceptional spa experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, and other wellness therapies.
• Consult with clients to identify their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for clients by maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable spa environment.
• Maintain spa equipment and ensure it is sanitized and in proper working condition.
• Upsell spa services, treatments, and retail products to clients.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene standards and protocols.
• Manage client appointments, follow up on feedback, and build positive relationships with repeat clients.
• Stay updated on new spa techniques, trends, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle any client complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role.
• Expertise in various spa treatments and therapies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Work Environment:

• Calm, serene spa environment with a focus on wellness and relaxation.
• May involve standing for long periods and working with various tools and products.

Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 per month.
