Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing operations, leading projects, and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Management:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Project Management:

• Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Allocate resources effectively, track progress, and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement systems to ensure project efficiency and quality.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team by fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Set clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Motivate and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.

Operational Excellence:

• Streamline and optimize business processes for increased productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, project management, or a related role.
• Experience in the strategic communications or media industry is preferred.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
