Job Description
Advocateforthe Baltai Energy SSN Campaign aimed at delivering solar energy solutions to 500,000 businesses and households across Nigeria.
Identify, qualify and engage individuals and businesses to sell tailored solar energy solutions.
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with businesses and homeowners that leads to sales conversions for solar energy equipment purchase and installation.
Generate and establish a strong database of Leads that can be converted into sales of solar energy equipment.
Engage, register and assist homeowners and/or businesses to take advantage of the Baltai Energy SSN Campaign for easieraccess to solar financing.
Convert viable leads into customrsof our solar energy service.
Act as a first point of contact to clients for product and service escalations, inquiries, and other queriesthat may arise after installation of solar equipment.
Act as a feedback channel for the company, communicating regularly with company management to provide better understanding of clients/prospects needs and preferences in order to push marketing initiatives and other favourable strategies forward.
Collaborate with solar technicians and company management to understand and design solar solutions that align with theobjective requirements of clients based ontheir energy needs.
Operate as the first point of contact formatters specific to your clients and /or prospects.
Assist in developing and improving policies, processes and procedures for better marketing insights, strategy and better service delivery to prospective and converted clients
Promote company and product awareness on social media, focus groups and solar awareness forums in order to attractsales..
Participate in Solar Energy Industry Events and in-market learning and development sessions.
Send in daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports to supervisor or line manager as the need arises or as is required by company management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum ND or NCE Qualification.
At least 2 years of core sales experience within the engineering, electronics, automobile, real estate or technical services domain.
Must have a strong sales mentality with a hyper-focus on sales performance (revenue generation).
Must be skilled at identifying and driving new opportunities that advance and deepen business relationships for business development purposes.
Must be confident and have the ability to make compelling presentations before an audience.
Should have exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in order to interact effectively and professionally with a diverse group of people, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Technical experience in solar energy installations is an advantage.
Must have a working smartphone for effective online and offline communication.
