Description 

• The Content Creator is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with the Company’s brand voice, enhance the online presence, and drive audience engagement.

Detailed Job Description

• Create compelling and creative content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, email newsletters, and video channels.
• Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent content delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement content strategies that support marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct copy for various mediums.
• Create, edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Develop and design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to complement written content.
• Work with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce multimedia content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices.
• Research to gather relevant information and insights for content creation.
• Optimize content for search engines to increase organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Manage and grow social media channels by posting regularly, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
• Develop social media content that drives engagement and brand awareness.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce engaging and high-quality content across various platforms
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Ability to create and edit video content is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
