Job Title: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Create campaigns for various marketing channels (digital, print, media, etc.) tailored to the construction industry.
Oversee all aspects of marketing, from branding to customer communication and lead generation.
Brand Development:
Manage and enhance the company’s brand identity and positioning in the market.
Develop consistent messaging across all platforms (website, social media, promotional materials, etc.).
Ensure the company's brand is represented consistently across all marketing channels.
Digital Marketing:
Manage the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Lead social media marketing initiatives, including strategy, content creation, and performance tracking.
Implement email marketing campaigns for client engagement and lead nurturing.
Market Research and Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to adjust strategies accordingly.
Gather customer feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies.
Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:
Develop targeted marketing strategies to generate leads and drive new business.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients and build strong customer relationships.
Organize and attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company’s client base.
Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
Develop content for blog posts, articles, and white papers to showcase the company’s expertise.
Manage the production of video and multimedia content for promotional purposes.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Manage and mentor junior marketing staff or external marketing agencies.
Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., sales, operations, and project management) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business needs.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Track marketing expenditures and ensure alignment with planned budgets.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, both digital and traditional.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, Adobe Suite).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership and project management abilities.
Preferred: Experience with construction industry-specific marketing, including knowledge of bidding processes, project portfolios, and industry regulations.
