Job Description

• Are you an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for technology and innovation? As a Sales Manager, you’ll take charge of driving growth, generating qualified leads, and executing go-to-market strategies to scale rapidly.

Your Responsibilities

• You will drive qualified lead generation, sales, growth, and customer acquisition for products.
• You will develop and implement innovative strategies to boost recurring revenue.
• You will collaborate with Finance, Product Management, and Marketing to refine messaging, pricing, and business models.
• You will work with Marketing to optimize demand generation efforts and enhance customer acquisition.
• You will monitor competitors’ products, sales, and marketing activities to stay ahead in the market.
• You will develop and analyze sales performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve sales processes.
• You will participate in high-level sales presentations and negotiations with enterprise clients.
• You will structure, price, negotiate, and execute channel partnerships and other agreements.
• You will identify and establish relationships with potential customers.
• You will stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the enterprise B2B payments sector.

To be considered, you should have

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• A proven track record of selling to enterprise customers and securing large-scale partnerships.
• A strong sense of ownership and a determination to achieve results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable handling ambiguity.
• Availability to start immediately or within two weeks.
