Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Officer to help shape and execute our marketing strategies in the alcoholic beverages industry.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, brand positioning, and consumer behavior in the alcohol space, with a keen ability to develop creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our alcoholic beverage products across various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for positioning our products in a competitive market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the alcoholic beverages industry.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet business objectives and ensure optimal ROI.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, point-of-sale content, and digital assets.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, product launches, tastings, and promotional activities to engage with consumers and build brand awareness.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to industry regulations in all marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the alcoholic beverages or FMCG industry.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to optimize campaigns and drive results.
• Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance issues related to alcoholic beverages.
