As at March 2021, we have, in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Education, set up over 100 Students Technology Experience Centers and 11 Teachers Digital Literacy Training Centers across the 6 geopolitical zones. Our organization has installed over 900 projectors and 3000 laptops in over 100 Federal Unity Colleges in Nigeria, and continually empower teaching, non-teaching and management staff of public schools with relevant digital and soft skills to improve the quality of teaching and learning in schools, and also raise the standard of education.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Officer

Location: Idoani, Ondo

Job Description

• Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot (laptops, projectors, projector screens and other devices) hardware and software related issue in project location.
• Proper evaluations of software and hardware analysis to meet organizational goals in project location.
• Maintain good relationship with the school management and stakeholders.
• Solving Technical and Application challenges in classrooms and laboratories
• Encourage and assist teachers in the use of facilities in the project location which includes helping to convert lesson notes to slides.
• Monitor and maintenance of facilities in the project location.
• Supervise vendor working in the project location and make sure jobs are done perfectly.
• Keep inventory of equipment and serves as store supervisor in the location.
• Assist the account department in receivables functions this shall include follow-up on payment in the location.
• Track, analyze and communicate project risks and opportunities to project supervisor.
• Assist in coordinatingevents in project office and location.
• Regular up to date information of assets at project locations to the management.
• Assist Teachers to run projector/screen in classroom and ensure functionality ofequipment and availability in the project location.
• Troubleshot hardware and software in classroom, experience centres
• Fueling and powering of generators for the classrooms
• Updating daily activities on usage of facilities in the classrooms on Whatsapp and weekly reports
• Carry out administrative duties as well as other tasks assigned from the Head office.
• Engage in promotion and sales of products such as; Edupad/Edutab, portal services, and other hi-tech products.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
