Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (Project Manager) to provide vendor management, guest and protocol management, and general project management support.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendors and suppliers, including negotiating contracts and ensuring quality services.
• Communicate with guests to provide event information and handle inquiries.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure necessary arrangements are made for events.
• Handle operative tasks, such as scheduling and responding to emails.
• Support in managing and organizing company data and files.
• Assist with monitoring and tracking expenses and invoices related to events.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely completion of vendor contracts and services
• Quality of vendor and guest services
• Guest satisfaction ratings
• Accuracy of financial records and reporting
• Ability to meet project budgets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in vendor management, guest and protocol management, and project management.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
