Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the arrangement and presentation of products to create an attractive and engaging store layout.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of products while minimizing overstock or shortages.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Create and manage staff schedules, optimizing coverage during peak business hours.
• Set high standards for customer service, ensuring a welcoming and attentive atmosphere.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, aiming for effective solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that the boutique’s appearance, atmosphere, and customer interactions align with the brand’s identity and values.
• Coordinate and execute promotional events or collaborations to attract new customers and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with buyers or vendors to curate a product selection that aligns with market demands and customer preferences.
• Provide ongoing training for staff to ensure a deep understanding of the products and their unique selling points.
• Keep the team updated on current fashion trends, styles, and industry developments.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are displayed
• Oversee maintenance activities to address any issues promptly, creating a safe and comfortable shopping space.

Qualifications

• BSc in any Social Science course
• Experience: 2 yrs+
• Gender: Female.

Salary
N150,000 - N160,000 monthly.
