We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and revenue growth through effective e-commerce management and performance marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for optimizing the online shopping experience, maximizing ROI from digital advertising campaigns, enhancing overall customer acquisition and retention efforts, and leveraging email marketing and social media advertising channels.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation and optimization of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales through the e-commerce channel.
Manage product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising efforts to optimize product visibility and drive sales.
Analyze e-commerce metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and growth and implement data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Develop and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets such as ROAS and CPA.
Utilize data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking tools to optimize campaign performance, targeting, and messaging.
Implement email marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive repeat purchases, and increase customer lifetime value.
Design and execute paid advertising campaigns across different social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, buying, operations, tech, and customer service to align e-commerce and performance marketing initiatives with broader business goals and objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce, performance marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising, and leverage insights to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications and Professional Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Email Marketing) is a plus.
A minimum of two years of experience in e-commerce management, performance marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising, preferably in the retail industry.
Proven track record of driving online sales and revenue growth through effective e-commerce strategies, performance marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and social media advertising campaigns.

Experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns and flows using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Hands-on experience with paid advertising across different social media channels (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
