Job Description

• We are seeking a self motivated skilled and creative Web Designer & Developer with a strong portfolio of practical experience.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in using tools such as GitHub, Figma, WordPress, eCommerce platforms, and various content management systems (CMS).
• This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Design & Development: Create and maintain responsive and visually compelling websites using modern design principles and best practices.
• UI/UX Design: Use Figma to design intuitive user interfaces and experiences, ensuring that websites are user-centric and visually appealing.
• Content Management: Manage website content through CMS platforms, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• eCommerce Solutions: Develop and manage eCommerce websites, ensuring a smooth user experience, secure transactions, and effective product management.
• Version Control: Utilize GitHub for version control, collaborative development, and project management.
• Optimization & Maintenance: Regularly update and optimize websites for performance, security, and SEO.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and IT, to deliver cohesive web solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• OND / HND qualification
• Proven experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as GitHub, Figma, WordPress, and various eCommerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and other relevant web technologies.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and knowledge of best practices for web development.
• Ability to translate design concepts into functional websites.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SEO, web analytics, and performance optimization is a plus.
• Familiarity with other design tools and development frameworks is an advantage.
