Job Overview

• We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team.
• In this role, you will provide administrative support in all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
• You will play an essential role in helping manage HR processes efficiently and contribute to creating a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records, including personal details, job history, performance reviews, and benefits information, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support the HR team with employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Assist with payroll processing and timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Help coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and events.
• Prepare HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and performance evaluation forms.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Assist in organizing employee wellness initiatives and engagement activities.
• Coordinate employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
• Assist with HR reporting, including turnover rates, attendance records, and other metrics.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
