We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Surveyor

Location: Kama-Otto, Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a diligent Survey Technician to support our mine surveying activities.
• The successful candidate will assist Survey Technicians in performing accurate surveys, handle equipment setup and maintenance, and contribute to the successful execution of surveying tasks in open-pit and underground mining environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting mine surveys to ensure data accuracy and compliance with survey plans.
• Handle the transportation, setup, and basic maintenance of surveying instruments.
• Mark and stake out points for alignment with survey plans and engineering designs.
• Support surveyors in both open-pit and underground mining operations.
• Follow assignments and instructions to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is ready for use at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the efficient completion of surveying tasks.

Requirements

• HND qualification
• Proven experience in survey work or an academic qualification in surveying or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in field conditions, including open-pit and underground environments.
• Strong physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
• Hardworking, responsible, and committed to ensuring data accuracy.
• Excellent ability to follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned.
• Willingness to work onsite at the mining location.
• Familiarity with surveying equipment and instruments.

Salary
N80,000 - N140,000 monthly.
