About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Leader in campaign execution that drive brand awareness and business growth and reports on their performance.
This role involves overseeing the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives that have been defined by the Marketing Lead, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring a timely delivery of the projects.
For this role, strong project management skills and experience working across multiple marketing channels are essential.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the marketing team’s success by leading the smooth execution of campaigns and reporting on their performance.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and manage project timelines, accounting for all required phases and assets.
Collaborate with the Marketing Leader to define campaign channels, develop budget requirements, and ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives.
Coordinate internal teams (designers, CRM, PM leads, social media coordinators, and business unit leads) and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
Oversee and contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring deliverables meet branding guidelines.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Vendor & Media Management:
Manage vendor relationships for marketing campaigns and events, including media buying, offline campaigns (billboards, radio, TV spots, activations, events), and other outsourced deliverables.
Ensure vendor SLAs are met, processing payments in compliance with finance policies.
Negotiate with media agencies to ensure cost-effective and impactful media buying for campaigns.
Content & CRM Management:
Produce and manage content for CRM channels (email, WhatsApp, in-app, push notifications) on a monthly basis, ensuring timely execution.
Support the Social Media Coordinator in planning and executing content calendars.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to inform future campaigns and strategies.
Customer Retention & Engagement:
Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to analyze churn reports and develop retention strategies.
Organize and coordinate quarterly customer focus groups to gather feedback for improving user experiences.
Monitor app performance and integrate customer experience insights into marketing strategies.
Assist in implementing loyalty programs and personalized marketing campaigns to enhance retention.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a coordinator or project management role. Media buying experience is a MUST.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
Proven experience managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, offline, etc.).
Strong verbal and written skills for collaborating with teams and vendors.
Creative thinking with the ability to oversee the production of high-quality marketing assets.
Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects efficiently under pressure and with tight deadlines
Up-to-date on marketing trends and competitor activities.
