Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and multi-skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team.
  • This is a full-time role requiring flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to seamlessly adapt across various functions within our business operations.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent business communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to handle diverse tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across hospitality, travel, media, and leisure operations.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and scheduling for key personnel.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for multiple business units.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and operations.
  • Support marketing and media efforts, including content updates and campaign coordination.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and act as the first point of contact for internal and external communication.
  • Proactively identify and address administrative needs to improve efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Media, Mass communication will be an advantage but candidates who have belief in their abilities can apply.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or media.
  • Exceptional business communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellence.
