Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer

Job Summary

• As a Full Stack Web Developer at ROM house network technology limited, you will be at the forefront of our platform’s development and optimization.
• You will build, maintain, and enhance scalable, secure, and user-friendly systems, ensuring seamless experiences for both vendors and customers.
• This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about technology, skilled in web and app development, and eager to innovate in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of the infrastructure’s backend management systems.
• Responsible for both frontend and backend development of the backend management system.
• Lead architectural adjustments of core backend systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to deliver high-quality results.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one popular frontend framework (Vue, React, Svelte).
• Familiar with web security standards.
• Proficient in at least one backend programming language (Golang, Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, etc.).
• Basic experience in backend infrastructure development, such as service deployment platforms, canary release platforms, and operations platforms.
• Familiar with database design and optimization.
• Knowledgeable in application architecture design, system security, performance optimization, and debugging.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
