Job Title: Video Editor / Graphics Designer

Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor/Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, editing visual materials, and creating compelling graphics that align with TCR’s vision.
• The position requires someone with a keen eye for detail, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging video content for TCR’s online platforms, including news reports, interviews, and promotional videos.
• Design graphics, infographics, and multimedia elements for online and broadcast content.
• Work closely with the editorial and production teams to ensure content is visually appealing and aligns with TCR's editorial standards.
• Develop creative concepts for video content, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
• Ensure all videos and graphics are delivered on time and meet the platform’s quality standards.
• Stay updated on current video editing and design trends, incorporating innovative techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND qualification
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably in media or broadcasting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of video and graphic design work.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to translate editorial ideas into visual content.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in both digital and broadcast media is an advantage.
• A strong understanding of the Nigerian media landscape is preferred.
• Camera skill is highly preferred!.
