Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain confidential data and information with the utmost integrity.
• Coordinate high-profile events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and flawless hospitality for attendees.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct market research, gather relevant data, and provide insightful reports, presentations and recommendations to support the ILT's decision-making process.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration or similar field
• Two or more years of experience in business management or executive assistant role, especially within Africa
• Experience working with multicultural teams and departments
• Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives, project planning and management
• Experience preparing for board meetings and presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - French knowledge will be an additional advantage
• Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
• Experience in data analysis and budget management
• Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
• Strong project-reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communications
