Description
We are looking for a diligent and organized Store Keeper to manage our inventory and ensure the smooth operation of our store.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all stock, overseeing the receipt and dispatch of goods, and ensuring that inventory levels are maintained to meet the demands of the business.
The Store Keeper will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining inventory control systems, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring that all inventory-related activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Additionally, the Store Keeper will work closely with other departments to coordinate the flow of goods and materials, and will be responsible for identifying and addressing any issues that may arise in the supply chain.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of all stock and inventory levels.
Oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems.
Conduct regular stock audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate the flow of goods and materials with other departments.
Identify and address supply chain issues.

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
