Job Description

• We are seeking a Junior WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of WordPress development, including theme customization, plugin integration, and website optimization.
• You will collaborate with the team to build, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites, ensuring they meet our clients' requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Build responsive and user-friendly websites using WordPress.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress sites.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement website features and functionality.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Ensure all websites are secure, updated, and functional across various browsers and devices.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for website launches.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in WordPress development (internships or personal projects are acceptable).
• Proficiency in WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and custom post types.
• Basic experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and JQuery.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and package managers (e.g., Composer, npm) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
