Job Summary
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is responsible for leading the revenue generation and growth strategies for the leading broadcast organization.
With a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience, the CRO will leverage their expertise to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities, drive sales, and optimize the organization's financial performance.
The CRO will work collaboratively with the executive team to develop and implement innovative revenue-generating initiatives that strengthen the organization's market position and long-term sustainability.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years proven track record in revenue generation, sales management, and financial leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role within the media/broadcasting industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies, aligning with the organization's overall business objectives and market dynamics.
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and make informed, strategic decisions.
Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing sales and revenue teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Comprehensive understanding of the media and broadcasting industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies that can be leveraged to enhance revenue generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and advocate for revenue-generating initiatives to the executive team and Board of Directors.
Entrepreneurial mindset and the capacity to think creatively, exploring innovative revenue streams and diversification opportunities.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity, serving as a role model for the organization.

Previous experience in leading revenue generation for multi-platform media organization.
