Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with expertise in managing and optimizing power consumption, load balancing, blending public power, solar power, and inverter batteries.
• The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain efficient power systems, ensuring reliable and cost-effective energy supply.

Key Responsibilites

• Design and develop power management systems, integrating public power, solar power, and inverter batteries.
• Conduct site assessments to determine power requirements and optimize system design.
• Specify and procure power management equipment, including solar panels, inverters, and battery banks.
• Install, commission, and maintain power management systems.
• Monitor and analyze power consumption patterns, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency.
• Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives, reducing energy costs and carbon footprint.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and facilities.
• Provide training and support to operations staff on power management systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in power management.

Key Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with focus on power management.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing efficient power systems.
• Experience with solar power, inverter batteries, and related technologies

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, including circuit analysis and design.
• Familiarity with power management software and tools.
• Experience with electrical safety protocols and procedures.
• Understanding of energy efficiency principles and practices.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Nice to Have Certifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or related certification.

Experience:

• Experience with energy storage systems and microgrids.
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and automation.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
