Description 

• We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business growth strategies, client relationship management, and market research. As a Business Development Intern, you will contribute to our organization’s success by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential markets, industries, and clients. Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, online research, and outreach campaigns.
• Client Interaction: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners through meetings, emails, and follow-ups.
• Proposal Development: Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist in maintaining CRM databases, managing documentation, and organizing team meetings.
• Team Support: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align goals and ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. (Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
