Job Title: Marketing Officer / Brand Ambassador

Locations: Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer / Brand Ambassador to play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, acquiring new customers, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Candidates with a background in fintech and experience in sales or customer acquisition will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract new customers, ensuring consistent growth in user base and revenue.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business development goals and provide tools, content, and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and implement marketing campaigns designed to promote products and services, drive customer engagement, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to create high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Brand Representation: Act as the face of the company at events, conferences, and media opportunities, showcasing the brand’s values and offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including customers, influencers, and industry leaders, to strengthen brand presence.
  • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine marketing and acquisition strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign and sales data to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong track record of driving sales and customer acquisition (experience in fintech is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion metrics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling campaigns that deliver results.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing and optimizing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Existing network in the fintech or financial services space.
  • Prior experience aligning marketing strategies with sales goals.
