We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Responsibilities
Staff Management:

• Hiring and training new staff members
• Creating and managing staff schedules
• Performance evaluations and coaching employees
• Addressing staff concerns and resolving conflicts.

Operations Oversight:

• Monitoring daily operations to ensure smooth service
• Coordinating between front and back of house staff
• Implementing operational procedures and standards
• Optimizing workflows to maximize efficiency.

Inventory Control:

• Ordering food and beverage supplies based on demand
• Managing inventory levels to prevent waste and overstocking
• Regularly monitoring stock rotation and expiry dates.

Financial Management:

• Analyzing sales reports and identifying areas for improvement
• Managing costs and controlling expenses
• Setting pricing strategies and adjusting menus as needed.

Customer Service:

• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
• Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
• Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements.

Health and Safety:

• Enforcing food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety laws.

Quality Control:

• Inspecting food quality before serving
• Maintaining consistency in food preparation and presentation
• Monitoring and addressing any quality issues.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a BSc / MSc with 3 years experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
