In this role, you will promote our cutting-edge NFC solutions, drive sales growth, and contribute to the execution of impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Touchwave Innovation’s NFC products to hotel management, business owners, lounge owners, and other hospitality companies.
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the hospitality and business sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service.
Organize and attend promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
Monitor sales performance, report key metrics, and recommend strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
NYSC members are welcome to apply.
Must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills.
Must have a clean and professional appearance.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, promotional events, and sales presentations.
Compensation and Growth Plan
At Touchwave Innovation, we are committed to empowering our team members to earn beyond their qualifications as they put in more effort and achieve great results.
First Month:
Earn commission on every product purchased by a customer you bring in.
After One Month (Good Performance):
You’ll start earning onboarding fees from clients as an additional part of your income.
After Four Months (Consistent Good Performance):
You’ll be offered full employment with all employee benefits (details will be shared during onboarding).
You’ll also be part of our Equity Stock Option Pool (ESOP). This means you’ll own a small percentage of the company, giving you a stake in its growth and success.
