nimal Care Service Konsult Nigeria Limited is an agro-allied company that is into livestock farming, Feedmilling, Technical Laboratory Services, fishery and marketing of health products. We are committed to animal health and production and focused on being the foremost operator in the livestock industry in Nigeria. We recently diversified into Food and Bottling manufacturing production under our subsidiary company Funtuna Ventures Limited.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Ogere Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 
What duties will you have?

• Ensure effective laboratory policies, administration and management.
• Documentation Management System on operations.
• Handling of deviations and non-compliance observations.
• Implementation and Enforcement of GMP principles among all the production
• Supervision of NAFDAC GMP standard and approved production facility [floor plan attached –on –request].
• Weekly production planning.
• Inventory management on concentrates, packaging materials etc.
• Research and Development.
• Supervision of production / operational processes and procedures
• Process and method validation
• Training and On-the-job exercise for production staff on GMP and safety related course.
• Collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Project management on the backward integration of veterinary pharmaceutical drugs.

What Skills Must You Have?

• Exceptional Communication Skills both written and Oral
• Must be detail oriented with ability to identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office application & other accounting software
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance to applicable laws, regulations, policies and industry standards
• Strong critical thinking and decision making
• Ability to influence and lead a team in order to understand and execute management objective
• Ability to work independently and make good judgment
• Must be agile and able to withstand pressures
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt easily and blend with changes in the system;

Academic Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry/ Pharmacy/ Pharmaceutical Sciences or in any relevant field
• MSc or any other relevant professional certification is an added advantage

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be between 30 - 35years.
• Both gender can apply
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience is required.
• Related experience in Livestock/Pharmaceutical Company will be an added advantage.
