Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and focus HR/Operations Manager to oversee and optimize both the human resources and operational functions of our organization.
This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of daily business activities, driving efficiency, fostering a high-performance culture, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Design and implement processes and policies to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of business objectives.
Human Resources Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
Manage performance appraisal systems to drive a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions effectively and professionally.
Lead training and development initiatives to build employee competencies and organizational capability
Strategic Business Development:
Contribute to the development of business strategies and execute plans to drive growth and profitability.
Identify opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, and operational enhancements.
Collaborate with senior management to set organizational goals and ensure they are met.
Leadership and Team Management:
Provide strong leadership to motivate and guide employees across departments.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting accountability and teamwork.
Mentor and develop team members, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience (4+ years) in HR and operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive business operations, and deliver results.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and decisive approach.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
Strong business acumen and ability to align operational strategies with business goals.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in driving organizational change and fostering innovation.
Proficiency in using HR and operations management software.
