Job Title: Human Resources (HR) / Administrative Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Sector: Fashion
Workdays: Mondays - Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Recruit, interview, and hire employees for various store roles
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievance
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Manage payroll processes, including salaries, incentives and overtime
• Track attendance, leaves and work schedules
• Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to safety protocols

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND in any HR related course is preferred.
• 2 - 4 years' experience in HR/Adminis preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the HR value chain
• CIPM Certification will be a plus
• High level of professionalism and adaptability.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Close proximity to Ikeja.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
