Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and identify opportunities for market positioning and differentiation.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, traditional, and experiential marketing. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and brand positioning across all marketing channels by building and maintaining a strong brand reputation through effective communication and brand-building initiatives.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats in the market. Use data and analytics to assess campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of marketing activities with overall business objectives. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to drive collective success.
Customer Engagement: Focus on building and nurturing relationships with customers through targeted marketing campaigns, personalized communication, and customer engagement initiatives. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional brand experiences.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years proven experience working in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably within the online marketplace or technology industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, web analytics platforms, and content management systems; experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising platforms is preferred.
