• We're seeking a Senior IT System Administrator to oversee the installation, maintenance, and management of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize all aspects of IT infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operation
• Implement and maintain infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud services
• Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard company data and resources
• Perform regular system backups and implement disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity
• Collaborate with other teams to provide technical support and resolve infrastructure-related issues
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices
• Participate in IT audits, such as ISO and SOC audits
• Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades and capacity expansions to meet future business requirements
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure in a corporate environment
• Proficient in server administration, storage management, virtualization technologies, and cloud services
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, infrastructure security, and disaster recovery planning
• Experience with IT service management practices and tools
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional) is a plus
• Experience with DevOps Infrastructure Automation is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
