We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head - Corporate Services

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • The Head of Corporate Service is a Senior Executive Management role with responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of the organization's internal support functions.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of managing complex administrative tasks and providing high-level support to the Executive Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall organizational strategy and translate it into operational plans for the organization.
  • Oversee budgets, and financial reports, and ensure financial compliance across all departments.
  • Provide strategic direction and operational guidance to all departments (e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Admin, Procurement).
  • Ensure interdepartmental collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor departmental performance against established goals and objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan.
  • Translate strategic objectives into operational plans for all departments.
  • Monitor progress towards strategic goals and report to the CEO.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in executive administration, preferably in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
