Job Summary
The Head of Corporate Service is a Senior Executive Management role with responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of the organization's internal support functions.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of managing complex administrative tasks and providing high-level support to the Executive Management.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the overall organizational strategy and translate it into operational plans for the organization.
Oversee budgets, and financial reports, and ensure financial compliance across all departments.
Provide strategic direction and operational guidance to all departments (e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Admin, Procurement).
Ensure interdepartmental collaboration and communication.
Monitor departmental performance against established goals and objectives.
Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan.
Translate strategic objectives into operational plans for all departments.
Monitor progress towards strategic goals and report to the CEO.
Qualifications and Skills
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record in executive administration, preferably in a large, complex organization.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
