Job Description

• We are looking for a vibrant, eloquent, and customer-focused Sales Admin to join our team in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team, manage customer interactions, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and maintaining records.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Assist in processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer databases and track sales performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Support the organization of sales events, promotions, and meetings.
• Identify and escalate customer concerns or issues to the appropriate team.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the sales team to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
• A bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be eloquent and confident.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software.
• A proactive, energetic, and results-oriented approach to tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Residing in Abuja.
