The Home Emporium Luxury Store is a one stop store for all yourhome decorations, furnutire, kitchen and bathroom accessories.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the space, aisle, stocks, customers who are in the area proactively
• Ensuring the shop is adequately stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Achieve company’s target in terms of sales volume and value
• Assist customers in making product combination, based on knowledge of product, trends and the company’s ambition/target
• Ensure sustained repeat-purchase by the Customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through both interpersonal and formal relationship while utilizing emotional and qualitative after sales services.
• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of work experience.
• Proven experience as a Sales Rep in the retail or similar industry is a MUST
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, and interpersonalskills
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
