We are a Nigerian based manufacturing company that specialize in plastics and nylon packaging materials productions. We produce high quality polythene bags from 100 percent recycled LDPE and HDPE. We produce in commercial and retail quantity in deference sizes and thickness with all various gadget and industrial equipment.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.
• This role requires an experienced personnel with strong marketing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building relationships across diverse markets.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence, representing our brand in various locations, engaging with clients, and identifying growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Execution:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.
• Plan, implement, and monitor marketing awareness tailored to different regions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals.

Client and Partner Engagement:

• Travel frequently to meet clients, partners, and stakeholders within and outside the state.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across different locations.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct on-site market research to understand customer needs and regional trends.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance brand visibility in different markets.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve product performance.

Reporting and Feedback:

• Track and analyze performance while providing regular reports and actionable insights for improvement to the marketing team and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably with exposure to multi-location or field marketing.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
• Ability to adapt to different environments and cultures.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Travel Required: Travel expenses covered by the company.
