We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Personnel

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Personnel to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Starnet Innovations Limited’s services and to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, leads, and markets to expand the company’s reach.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance and client feedback to management.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tech or service industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales software.
  • Knowledge of tech-based solutions or IT services is an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
