We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-Commerce and Operations Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to optimize online sales.
• Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and optimize online traffic and conversions.
• Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.

Qualification & Skills

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations for at least 3 years
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using e-commerce and analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management is a plus.
• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience.
