Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Spa Attendant to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our spa.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with spa treatments such as massages and facials, while monitoring clients during sessions to ensure their comfort and safety.
• Cleaning and maintaining spa facilities, including locker rooms, saunas, pools, whirlpools, and treatment rooms, to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment.
• Providing beauty treatments such as manicures and pedicures in accordance with the spa's policies and procedures.
• Preparing spa facilities for guest use by setting up treatment rooms, arranging appointments, and stocking necessary supplies.
• Managing and replenishing treatment room supplies, such as linens, lotions, creams, and oils.
• Scheduling appointments, greeting guests upon arrival, and ensuring a seamless check-in process.
• Welcoming guests and providing them with information or brochures about the spa’s services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates must possess relevant qualifications.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills; articulate and well-spoken.
• Smart, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Passionate about building a long-term career in the spa and wellness industry.
• A minimum commitment of 3 years to the role.
• Must reside within the Karu to Mararaba axis for proximity to the workplace.
