We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Manager – BOPP and PVC Film Machinery

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of BOPP and PVC film laminating and printing machines.
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and coordinate solutions.
• Manage and train maintenance team members to ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machinery performance.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and inventory for spare parts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in maintaining BOPP and PVC film laminating and printing machines.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems in film machinery.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency repairs.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.
