Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Spa Administrator to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our spa.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth bookings and efficient service delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, and train spa staff, including therapists and receptionists.
• Manage staff schedules, considering peak periods and availability.
• Monitor inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
• Ensure regular maintenance of spa equipment and enforce hygiene standards.
• Maintain high-quality standards for treatments and services.
• Manage staff records, including payroll and performance tracking.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media promotions and loyalty programs.
• Handle client payments, track financial transactions, and generate financial reports.
• Address client feedback and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Spa Administrator, Spa Manager, or a similar role in the wellness industry.
• Strong knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments and trends.
• Basic bookkeeping and financial management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and marketing.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional client experiences.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Must reside within the Karu to Mararaba axis for proximity to the workplace.
