Job Title: Chef / Assistant Chef

Location: Festac, Amuwo Odofin - Lagos

Job Responsibilites
Menu Creation:

• Designing and planning dishes based on seasonal ingredients, trends, and customer preferences.

Food Preparation:

• Preparing ingredients (e.g., chopping, marinating, mixing).
• Cooking dishes to a high standard following recipes or creative techniques.

Kitchen Management:

• Supervising kitchen staff and delegating tasks.
• Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are met.
• Managing stock and ordering supplies.

Quality Control:

• Ensuring the food is cooked properly and plated attractively.
• Maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

Cost Control:

• Managing food costs and minimizing waste.
• Pricing menu items for profitability.
• Coordinating with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

Job Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 years work experience.
