Postagvest Solutions Limited is a social enterprise committed to supporting smallholder farmers in improving their livelihoods while ensuring households in Nigeria have access to safe and nutritious foods. Our mission is to boost productivity, reduce post-harvest losses, and increase farmers' profitability through innovative solutions, market linkage services, and farmer empowerment programs like the Raise A Farmer Initiative (RAFI).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate 2

Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Sales & Client Relations:

• Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Assist in executing sales strategies to meet set targets.
• Manage client communications, follow-ups, and satisfaction to ensure repeat business.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
• Gather and analyze sales data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Social Media Promotion:

• Promote Postagvest Solutions Ltd. through social media posts on personal pages, with at least one post per week to increase visibility and engagement.

Support in Fund Applications & Sourcing:

• Collaborate with the team to identify funding opportunities and assist with the application process to secure resources for the company’s growth.

Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to inform decision-making.

Collaborative Support:

• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and overall company success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field with 1-4 years experience.
• Proven experience in sales, client relations, or similar roles (preferably in the agribusiness sector)
• Strong aptitude for supporting and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
