We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Aba, Abia
Employment Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff across assigned departments, ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
• Monitor daily operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and guest relations, to maintain seamless service delivery.
• Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Assist in creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment, ensuring safety and functionality.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with established standards.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that motivates staff and promotes teamwork.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
