Caston Vienna Tutors is a homeschooling company that recruits, trains, and employs teachers to help parents of babies and toddlers homeschool their children. Homeschooling is a form of education where children are taught at home instead of attending a traditional school. Homeschooling can offer a personalized and flexible learning experience, allowing students to progress at their own pace and focus on areas of interest. We also serve parents who need after school help for their children. We are based in Port Harcourt, Rivers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Full Time Home Schooling Teacher

Location: Rumuodara, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time (Specific hours to be discussed during the interview process)

About the Role

• We require the services of a passionate and dedicated Homeschool Teacher residing in Rumuodara who can work with a learner to join our team.
• As a Homeschool Teacher with Caston Vienna Tutors, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and the child's learning style.
• You will provide comprehensive instruction across various subjects, fostering a love of learning and academic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the student's curriculum and learning objectives.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit the chld's learning style and pace.
• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment within the child's home.
• Monitor child progress, provide regular feedback to parents and the agency, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of child attendance, assignments, and grades.
• Collaborate with parents and companystaff to ensure effective communication and support for the student.
• Prepare child for assessments and examinations.
• Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1-6 years experience.
• Must be willing to enter a 1 year contract
• Must reside in Rumuodara.
• Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or homeschooling.
• Strong understanding of various teaching methodologies and curriculum frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children learn and succeed.
• Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Excellent references.

• Salary: N50,000 - N150,000 / Month commensurate with experience and qualifications.
