Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our range of asset management products and services to potential investors.
• This is a key role in driving the growth and profitability of our business, with a focus on identifying and securing new investment opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the client base and increase assets under management (AUM).
• Identify, target, and acquire new clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional investors, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Present and explain our asset management solutions, including mutual funds, private equity, ETFs, and other investment products to potential clients.
• Educate clients on market trends, investment strategies, and the benefits of diversifying their portfolios with our products
• Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients, providing them with a seamless onboarding experience.
• Stay up-to-date with market developments, economic trends, and regulatory changes affecting the asset management industry.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while interacting with clients and promoting product

Requirements

• Minimum of Second Class Lower / Lower Credit - HND / B.Sc
• At least 1 year of direct sales experience in financial institutions
• Strong understanding of asset management products and services, such as mutual funds, ETFs, private equity, and alternative investments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
