Job Summary
The Creative Director and Social Media Manager at Mshel Homes Limited’s Lagos branch will lead the creative vision and execution of marketing campaigns, while managing the company’s social media presence.
This dual role requires a blend of creative strategy, content creation, and digital marketing expertise to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for Mshel Homes Limited, ensuring all marketing materials align with the brand’s vision and values.
Campaign Development: Conceptualize and oversee the execution of creative marketing campaigns, including visuals, graphics, and copy for online and offline channels.
Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including brochures, videos, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Team Leadership: Manage a creative team, including designers, photographers, and content creators, providing direction and feedback to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and business development teams to create marketing materials that support sales objectives and client engagement.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Content Calendar: Plan, create, and schedule content for all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics.
Engagement: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics and Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, leveraging them to enhance Mshel Homes’ online presence.
Ad Campaigns: Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing performance to achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in digital marketing is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role and social media management, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
Skills:
Strong visual and creative design skills.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation abilities.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
