Job Title: Hospitality Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee operations at their rooftop restaurant and lounge.
• This role is focused on ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining smooth daily operations in a high-end environment.

Responsibilites

• Oversee daily operations of the rooftop restaurant and lounge, ensuring high-quality service.
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to maintain excellent guest service standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and boost sales.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in hospitality management.

Salary
N450,000 - N600,000 monthly.
